Offensive service

Worst experience ever. I went to pick up a car I reserved with my son and when I reached the location, there was a long stairwell leading up to the office. I needed someone to help me carry up the baby stroller to the office and there was nobody in sight. So I ran upstairs to the office and kindly asked the woman there (Gloria) if someone could help me carry up the stroller. She looked at me and coldly replied, "Ask one of the guys downstairs." So I go, "Well, I would but nobody is down there..." Then she glared at me for a second, then had the nerve to go, "I'm NOT helping you carry the stroller up." I was absolutely shocked by her attitude. Long story short, we started bickering and then, here's the clencher, she refused to give me a car!!!! I couldn't believe it. Her assistant, Shelly, was just standing there and the two of them conspired to not give me a car that I had reserved earlier that week. I then asked to speak to their manager and Gloria said, "Find him yourself!" So I went back downstairs and had to ask one of the male employees downstairs, who had reappeared, for the manager's number. I called the manager and explained the situation. He told me he would talk to her himself. I then asked one of the male employees to help me carry up the stroller so I could wait inside the office for Gloria to come to her senses. When I entered the office, she was already on the phone with her manager and I could hear her going, "No.....no....no....no...I'm not giving her a car..." So, in the end, the manager had to actually come to the office (he had to come from the west side) and give me my car. It was terrible. What should've taken half an hour took over an hour and a half and after all was said and done, there was no apology. I was, however, given an extra 2 hours for the inconvenience but honestly, that was useless to me, there was no added benefit for that. Absolutely the worst shocking experience, I will never use Alamo again. Hope this helps.
