Love This Hotel.
I have stayed here many times. It is a beautiful hotel.
I love the fact that when it is cold outside you can just shop in the mall underneath the hotel. I love the Grand Central Market. Always tons of fresh foods.
The rooms are a little small, but this is NYC.
I loved my stay. I usually can get this on priceline for the rate of $105.00 per night when I am lucky.

DEFINITELY NOT GRAND
Just returned from a stay at the 'grand", which it is not. The lobby was okay-but once we got off elevator on the 22nd floor-hallways were shabby, room was small, and the bathroom had loose tiles, mildew, not nicely done or maintained. We immediately called front desk, they were not very helpful. The crowning touch-view of a brick wall.....
