Why so many complaints?

Ive always had decent service, the tattooed guy with glasses rocks. when i punched a hole in the wall he knew exactly what i needed to fix it. As a society we are so spoiled these people bitching need a reality check...and to the guy who would rather, get this, DRIVE TO BURBANK, instead of going here....get a hold of yourself man, that lowes is overpriced and 30 mins on a good day away from...

Don't bother by Chrystal G. at InsiderPages

Everything about this Home Depot is a pain. Parking takes forever. Good luck if you need a cart. Even more luck if you need an employee. I live right down the street and would rather spend my time driving to the Lowe's in Burbank than to put up with one more minute in the Home Depot Sunset.
