This is an excellent doctor. He is caring and competent, and does great orthopedic surgery and follow up care. He is always busy because he does great work, and he is worth waiting for. He's easy to talk to, and he listens.

Dr. Melanie Lau is wonderful. She doesn't make you feel uncomfortable or it's a bother for her to see you (like some of the other dcotors here). The negative thing is that she is located at Queens where the parking is not that good if you go in the middle of the day, especially if you don't have a compact car.

Walk in Medical Clinics

If you need quick in and out medical attention you need Urgent Care in Waikiki. If you do not have insurance they are much more reasonable than the locals hospitals. They are great in a pinch.

World Class Medical

I am a big fan of Kaiser. It is really structured and no fuss no muss. They have all their doctors and every department under on roof. You check in with you file see your doctor and check out at the cashiers. It is great when you do not get a millions bills from a million different doctors and labs. I can not say enough great things about these guys. Wonderful and professional. Just TOPS!
