Worst Customer Service Ever
We bought a Hot Springs Spa three years ago. Turned on the jets and it made a horrible noise. We called Spas By Renee
and they initially would not make a warranty call until my husband called, then gave two day window to arrive, didn't arrive, arrived after another call. He checked the spa, found it
was an air bubble and tried to bill us 45.00 for a Service Call.
I asked how a warranty call...
